• Which stones do you offer?
  

  We offer precious stones specializing in sapphires, rubies, alexandrites, spinels, and chrysoberyls, mainly from Sri Lanka gemstone deposits. Our inventory includes both calibrated lots and exclusive gemstones of various sizes.

• What quality of stones do you import?

  We strive to import stones of the highest purity with standard cuts from Sri Lanka. Thanks to our own gemologists, we can guarantee the highest quality of gemstones.

• How do you guarantee the quality of the stones?

  Our company has two certified gemologists who oversee the quality of the imported materials. The certification comes from a globally recognized German gemological institute specializing in colored gemstones.

• Why Sri Lankan sapphires?

  Sapphires from Sri Lanka have a renowned origin, a long-standing tradition, and high brilliance (referring to their sparkle, due to a lower content of internal inclusions). Another advantage of sourcing Sapphires from Sri Lankan mines is the ecological sustainability of individual mining areas. They are not large industrial mines that irreversibly damage nature but rather smaller mines where reclamation takes place within weeks without the need for human intervention.

• What are your delivery times?

  Delivery for goods in stock can be arranged within 1 week. Delivery times for custom orders range from 1 to 2 months from placement of an order. This time is necessary for communication with the mines and direct suppliers, who do not hold extensive stocks but work with newly extracted and cut material.

• Where do you stand when it comes to illegal mining or child labor?

  The gemstones sold by our company are largely sourced from Sri Lanka, which differs, for example, from Africa, in the fact that all mining activities are strictly controlled, accompanied by a long-standing tradition within individual families involved in mining for generations. Mining areas are certified by the Sri Lankan government, and we personally visit all mines to ensure that we do not support illegal mining nor child labor.
